Miyu’s story is expanded on how she encountered the aliens and then influenced her classmates to join her on the student council. The army takes responsibility for the investigation. When Karen goes undercover, she notices that the council has deserted the chapel. Meanwhile, the Hagens observe their actions. When the White Knights capture other girls, Aika attacks the underground. 19-year-old Aika reunites with Eri and Karen to investigate the serial disappearances of school girls at St. Aero academy. Some of the girls have returned but without any memories of what has happened.

Aika was injured during the battle with the White Knights. When she wakes up in her hospital room, what awaits her is an official “request for investigation” from the military. Aika boards the vampire again. They investigate St. Aero Academy from above and discover that there is a mysterious structure underground. Meanwhile, Karen also infiltrates the clock tower, believed to be the enemy’s base, but it is already vacant. Aika rushes through the school again to find the entrance to the basement. What she saw there was female students being attacked by tentacles!

Aika Zero is a Japanese OVA series animated by Studio Fantasia and directed by Katsuhiko Nishijima. This series follows Aika Sumeragi, who finds herself drawn into a plot to dominate the world. The series was released in Japan in 2009. On April 25, 2007, the first volume of the three-part prequel OVA AIKa R-16: Virgin Mission, detailing the time when Aika was 16, was released in Japan. A remastered version of the original series was also released, as well as a special live-action edition of Agent Aika. In 2009, the sequel OVA AIKa ZERO starring 19-year-old Aika was released.
