This extremely exotic beauty is Liliana. She comes from a fantasy world that we don’t know. Actually, we don’t know much about Liliana, what her full name is or what breed she is. Tatsuya, however, doesn’t bother to ask these questions because he loves Liliana, and that’s all he cares about.

The animation of Wagaya no Liliana-san is very basic. You can think of this as a bad anime hentai adaptation as the story says nothing other than that Liliana is a mixed race woman from an unspecified magical realm, who randomly teleports to the human realm for some unknown reason. In fact, the story is so stripped down that you can swap Liliana for a different girl, and the story would stay the same.
