Takami Akitoshi is a young man who has lived without his parents since their death. It’s a lonely existence since he lost them at an early age, but luckily he has his sister Hitomi by his side. Takami harbors some decidedly dirty thoughts about Hitomi, but he keeps them largely a secret, until one fateful day. A beautiful girl dressed in leather appears in his room calling herself Death. It seems like it’s time for Takami to die, and death has come to reclaim his soul. A worried Takami can’t stop screaming, prompting Hitomi to rush over.

Disconcerted by the news Mina shares, Hitomi pleads for Takami’s life. There is a way to save him, and it turns out to be a bit unexpected: if he can father a child in a week, Mina will grant Hitomi’s wish to let him live another decade. Takami knows what he has to do, and that means there’s plenty of sex in his future with Hitomi.

The Older Sister’s Pregnant Mix focuses on the story and their particular dilemmas, which are made a bit worse by the quirks of the characters involved. Overall, this is a comedy-drama with elements such as explicit sex and the presence of death gods thrown into the mix as plot drivers. With only four episodes, there isn’t much time to develop the plot or characters. But nevertheless, they all change somewhat over the course of the series. Once again, we have a pair of siblings harboring naughty thoughts while waiting for a reason to get together. It’s extremely steamy, especially since the sex is meant to result in pregnancy – but you’ll see what we mean when you watch.
