The striking feature of The Elder Sister’s Free Oral Day is the obvious lack of budget in the production, only one of the characters is dubbed. Many scenes are simply looped images or sequences and there is no background music. Despite this, it’s not terribly bad. The single character manages to carry the entire story and explain the context and scenarios admirably. His appearance is passable at best, but we have to commend the design of the brother’s friend who is both the ugliest and scariest male character.

The episode contains no actual sex and mainly features titty fucking. Blowjobs and handjobs given to the main character’s brother’s friends. While the concept seems to have potential, the lack of budget and time put into this anime really holds it back from being anything better than decent.
