Ryuichi Moroboshi is a university student who lives alone. One summer day, he lost his apartment due to a fire and eventually returned to his mother-in-law, Kyoko Moroboshi. Now his new roommates (Chinatsu Furuhashi, Kaede Soga, Manami Amagi, Risa Tomosato and Kyoko Moroboshi) treat him like their new sex toy.

Ryuichi’s life seems to have taken a turn for the worse when his house is tragically destroyed by fire. He is a university student, used to living alone in his apartment and enjoying student life. With his life literally destroyed, he has no choice but to try to return to his childhood home.

However, upon his arrival, he discovers that it is not quite as in memories. It became a boarding house – and a woman only, at that! When Ryuichi is about to give up all hope of finding accommodation, the girls take pity on him and decide to put him up with them.
