Shikkoku no Shaga 02 English Sub

At the end of the Heian era (794-1185), humanity still coexists alongside monsters. Shaga is one of them and has lived as a hermit since the beginning of the era. By a combination of circumstances, she meets Ushiwaka, a young Genji who has to access Buddhist consecration. He must join the West for that. Shaga complies and supports his new protégé, in a quest filled with a sense of duty, sadness, and above all, love.

The story of Shikkoku no Shaga The Animation takes place in a 12th century fantasy world where all is not what it seems. During the Heian period, monsters were rampant on the earth. Mountains, forests and cities are not even safe. After being rescued in the forest by a monk named Shaga, a boy named Ushiwaka must be protected from the forces of evil. Ushiwaka and Shaga set out for the safe lands known as Ooshu, facing dangers along the way.

The story of Shikkoku no Shaga is decent, but it’s not exactly complex or unique enough to interest everyone, especially someone who just wants to watch sex. By the time of Episode 3’s release, we had actually forgotten what the story was about, who the characters were and what their goals were. Overall, however, Shikkoku no Shaga is decent with a good storyline, some great sex scenes, and some helpful action sequences. The only thing that sucks is that Yori-hime didn’t have any sex scenes in this episode… and that’s a crime, damn it!
