Colette is an apprentice alchemist living in the forest, in the valley near the capital of the Republican County of Brave, alongside Priscilla, her favorite mistress. This proves to be acclaimed for its revolutionary practices, consisting in particular in the use of seminal substances. One fine day, Priscilla is expressly mandated for a secret investigation quest of the utmost importance, forcing her to multiply her absences. Accompanied by Colette during a trip to the capital, the master alchemist entrusts her faithful apprentice with the keys to a brand new workshop, as well as the difficult task of taking over from her.

The young lady will have to assume her new functions, with the sole condition of maintaining the scabrous precepts of her predecessor. The latter will fortunately be able to count on the trade guild neighboring the shop, sheltering eclectic partners, who also seem to have an unfailing genesic devotion.

Two alchemist girls, Colette and Priscilla, live deep in the mountains. Priscilla invented her own special alchemical formula in which men’s sperm are actively used. She leads a very distant and lazy daily life, sharing some of her knowledge with her apprentice Colette. However, a stranger appears on the doorstep and Priscilla is forced to leave the mountain leaving all the duties to her student. Although Colette already has excellent skills in alchemy, collecting semen left her with some doubts. Priscilla decides to give the students one last lesson to help her experience her « first gathering ».
