Shuji is transferred to Kiyosato Hospital, a two-hour drive from Tokyo. His father died during an operation while studying at university. After the death of his father, he studied very hard to become a doctor, but he begins to doubt the reasons for his father’s death. One day, he learns that Takao, the doctor who operated on his father, happens to be the deputy director of the hospital. On his first day of work he meets Misako, the only woman he has ever loved, but he is shocked to know that Misako is Takao’s wife. Shuji decides to take revenge on Takao since he took the life of his father and the heart of his first love…

The sex scenes sometimes have awkward faces but, nonetheless, it is still quite pleasant. The best part is when the protagonist steals one of the main heroines from an old man.
