As Yuuta returns home, after a day of hard work, he sees his childhood friend Yukimura Akie, who has returned to his native village. Akie works as a servant in Tokyo. When they meet, Yuuta begins to no longer see Akie as her childhood friend.

Yukimura Akie, a young servant, has just arrived in her native village. Meanwhile, Yuuta and a few friends cut wood in the forest. At nightfall, Yuuta returns home and finds Akie, his childhood friend. Astonished to see his presence again, his mother pointed out to him. Yukimura Akie works as a servant in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. She finds that Yuuta has become a robust man.

As he sweats, Akie offers to take a bath together, as he did a few years ago. But, this one is joking. After seeing her again that night, Yuuta keeps thinking about her. He dreams while he is at his side in a field of sunflowers, She undresses, and offers to play the doctor.
