The Yuragi, demons who depend on negative human emotions to strengthen their power, have taken to the streets of the city, committing rape and murder. Ai Kagano, a demon slayer, drives them away. She is going to pretend to be a new student in a school in order to keep her identity a secret while looking for demons.

One evening, Akitoshi Okajima, intrigued by Ai, goes to follow her outside the school. He gets into trouble with the Yuragi and Ai, saving him, reveals his true identity to him. In revenge, the demons kidnap Akitoshi’s childhood friend Yua to lure Ai and Akitoshi into their lair and end it once and for all.

Ai, Rin and Meg are Magical Girls who fight off the Yuragi plaguing the streets overnight. The usually lonely Yuragi attacking random girls collaborated towards an unknown goal. At the center of it all is Shin and his daughter Mayu, to whom Rin gave birth after raping her.
