Several ninja women are suddenly gathered for an emergency meeting. It seems that one of their kind has not returned from her last mission. Worse, she is considered to be sequestered in the mansion of the Half-Ogres, demons with the ability to convert their female hosts into sexual slaves. Young Botan has the difficult task of bringing her comrade back safe and sound. Will she be able to succeed where others have failed?

One night at a merchant’s mansion, a kunoichi (woman ninja) named Yasuzu is raped by a group of men under the effect of « Ogre’s Aura », referred to as « Half-Ogre ». Although she has kept her virginity, the Half-Ogres continue to sexually torment Yasuzu. Now the only thing Yasuzu can think of is her elder Botan kunoichi that she longs for. Just then, Botan sneaks into the merchant’s mansion. With two « herself » that she created by her signature ninja art « Kage Bunshin », she defeats the guardians. However, the merchant carrying Yasuzu arrives who has completely messed up. Botan and two of them get caught by Half-Ogres in a moment of surprise.

Kunoichi Botan follows the journey of Botan, a rather clumsy ninja, and her comrades from a kunoichi village. Botan was given the task of killing a merchant involved in missing person incidents (including his master who was assigned to the same mission). Thus, the plot revolves around a ninja where they have a mission to infiltrate a merchant’s mansion.
