Four years have passed since the first epidemic due to the virus, Unknown Level 4. The terrible plague that depopulated the Tohoku region of Japan has been reduced to a simple memory, thanks to draconian quarantine measures coupled with an effective vaccine. However, this virus is not yet dead. One day, it reappears, spreading very quickly throughout Japan.

We follow a group of survivors who use underground networks to escape to the sea and leave the country. They must act quickly because the United Nations has decreed that they will « rescue » the country with « surgical » strikes of deadly gas. And this is not the only threat, it could be that people in the group are already infected.
