With her business in dire straits, Sakurako must devise a plan to not only survive but thrive, or her cafe will disappear for good.

Tomoya Asahina finds himself at the head of a bankrupt café. To revitalize his business, he asks his team of busty waitresses to swap their usual uniforms for cosplay costumes! Hitozuma Cosplay Kissa is a very entertaining cosplay hentai. This anime has crammed some glorious cosplay action into the two episodes featured. The « Cosplay » oriented Hentai scenes start with some yuri as the two girls dress up in their waitress outfits after hours for a little fun. Another example, when a woman dressed in traditional maid outfit sexually serves her master. Things get better in the second episode with six girls participating in hentai scenes while wearing black and red bunny outfits.
