Kirara is invited to join the group of heroes, HxEROS, who fight against the Kiseichuu. However, she is reluctant to live with Retto and the other team members in the same house, even if it is to protect Earth. She cannot accept the fact that she possesses enormous erotic powers and rejects their offer to join the group. Jou Anno, leader of the HxEROS team, asks Retto to persuade her again. Retto is aware of Kirara’s traumatic experience with a Kiseichuu in the past, and does his best to respect her decision. Meanwhile, the Kiseichuu plot to attack their high school.

The second episode helps focus the series’ attention on the character’s motivations for tracking down the libido-sapping kiseichuu. Retto tries to convince Hoshino to join Team HxEros. She is tasked with sorting through her own feelings, finding the parts of her that would be motivated to protect those around her. Rather than trying to look for deeper meaning in the narrative’s themes, this episode does a better job examining Hoshino herself. Her reputation as « Iron Maiden » had not previously bothered her until this episode posed serious questions to her conscience.

Dokyū hentai HxEros is is an excellent ecchi anime. The character designs actually seem improved from the manga, which isn’t something you see a lot in ecchi anime productions. These new designs have a very clean attractive quality. Not only are faces more beautiful, but so are bodies. We’ll have to see how the nipples become later, but the curves of these girls are very nice.
