Chikan Juunin Tai 04 English Sub

There are nine men and one woman called « Chikan Jyu Nin Tai ». They fulfill the dreams of customers who want to abuse women on the train. They do this by banding together and making a wall so people can’t see what’s going on. Then they use different techniques to bring the woman down. After that, the victim is paid 10,000 yen to remain silent. They make their client’s dream come true for 1,010,000 yen. 1 million goes to the 10 members, and the remaining 10,000 for the victim.

« As the train passes through town, you are surrounded by a crowd of strangers. A group of people you don’t want to be touched by. Even pretty girls are pushing you around…you mustn’t touch the skin of these girls. In this closed space of society, this lonely town makes your son cry. You’re damned if you touch, and you’re damned if you don’t. If you don’t listen to me, the « finger » will attack you ».

First, despite a total of five episodes, there is no continuous story linking the episodes. Instead, each episode is self-contained and follows a different protagonist. This leads to some interesting segments, including the first episode which revolves around three college girls who are close friends. Admittedly, the portrait of these people is rather banal, but it gives them a tangible character that never fails to arouse sympathy.

As a gang of for-hire muggers, they act as facilitators of the customer’s assault on their price, giving instructions and warding off unwanted attention. They’re the only constant factor throughout the show and essentially serve as a plot device to bring out the naughtiest elements.
