E.T.A.I. holds Aika captive and attempts to interrogate her, but the tendrils are broken by Aika’s inherent power. PROP. and Miyu go to the spaceship where E.T.A.I. reveals that Aika has alien powers like her. After Aika defeats Rin and Kana, she reunites with Karen and Risako and they find the captured girls. Aika defeats Miyu and E.T.A.I. then goes after the spaceship where, with the help of the military, they shoot it down. Aika returns safe and sound. During the closing credits, Miyu and E.T.A.I. are welcomed by the Hagens.

Aika is pierced by E.T.A.I.’s tentacles. ! At that moment, « something » residing in Aika’s body awakens and it begins to overwhelm Rin and the others. Physical abilities that exceed those of ordinary people. Meanwhile, the army decides to attack the spaceship. Eventually, Aika joins Karen and the others. After rescuing the captured girls, they head out to intercept the spaceship. However, ETAI and Miyu stand in front of Aika. So what fate awaits them both at the end of the battle?

Aika Zero is a Japanese OVA series animated by Studio Fantasia and directed by Katsuhiko Nishijima. This series follows Aika Sumeragi, who finds herself drawn into a plot to dominate the world. The series was released in Japan in 2009. On April 25, 2007, the first volume of the three-part prequel OVA AIKa R-16: Virgin Mission, detailing the time when Aika was 16, was released in Japan. A remastered version of the original series was also released, as well as a special live-action edition of Agent Aika. In 2009, the sequel OVA AIKa ZERO starring 19-year-old Aika was released.
